Decorative Plaster Work

The finishing touches give a period property much of its character and charm.

Lime Repair is experienced in handling the sensitive conservation and restoration of original features. Whether a repair/patch or an entirely new piece made in a traditional style, our work is carried out using authentic materials such as lime and aggregates. Projects we handle include:

  • Stone fireplaces
  • Strapwork ceilings
  • Cornices run in-situ
  • In-situ mouldings
  • Ceiling roses
  • Applied cast enrichments

Thanks to our expertise and attention to detail, we have been entrusted with a number of prestigious projects including for work the Landmark Trust, the National Trust and English Heritage. The majority of our time, however, is spent working with homeowners who have old properties that they want and/or need to bring back to life.
